পাস মার্ক ৫০ — সব গ্রুপে সমান ভালো করতে হবে, এমন নয়। অনেক সফল পরীক্ষার্থীর কৌশল হলো ছোট আর বেশি অনুমানযোগ্য বিষয়গুলোকে আগে "ব্যাংক" করা:The pass mark is 50 — you do not need to do equally well everywhere. Many successful candidates "bank" the smaller, more predictable subjects first:
- দণ্ডবিধি, সাক্ষ্য আইন, তামাদি আইন ও নৈতিকতা (গ্রুপ C, D, E, F) — প্রশ্ন তুলনামূলক অনুমানযোগ্য, ড্রাফটিং কম। এখান থেকেই পাস মার্কের বড় অংশ তোলা সম্ভব।Penal Code, Evidence, Limitation and Ethics (Groups C, D, E, F) — more predictable questions, little drafting. Most of the pass mark can come from here.
- গ্রুপ A-তে সুনির্দিষ্ট প্রতিকার আইনের প্রশ্নটি — CPC-র তুলনায় ছোট সিলেবাস, প্রস্তুতিও সহজ।The Specific Relief question in Group A — a far smaller syllabus than the CPC, and easier to prepare.
- CPC ও CrPC — বড় দুই কার্যবিধিকে ভিত্তি নয়, বোনাস হিসেবে দেখুন; এগুলোর উচ্চ-সম্ভাবনার টপিকগুলোই আগে শেষ করুন।CPC & CrPC — treat the two big procedural codes as a bonus, not the foundation; finish their high-yield topics first.
- লেখার অনুশীলন পড়ার অনুশীলনের সমান জরুরি। ৪ ঘণ্টায় ৭টি উত্তর — মডেল উত্তর পড়া আর নিজে সময় ধরে লেখা, দুটো আলাদা দক্ষতা।Writing practice matters as much as reading. Seven answers in four hours — reading model answers and writing under the clock are different skills.
